1st December 103.35hrs
At 2.57am Cleveland Police reported a man in the water off Redcar sea front. Search undertaken by Lifeboats. Man recovered by shore teams at 4.28am and taken to hospital, where he was later declared dead.

Teesmouth Lifeboat alerted at 2.30am after a request from Cleveland Police. Man threatening to jump off the Newport Bridge at Middlesbrough. Launch cancelled after man was safely recovered by Police Officers.

Teesmouth Lifeboat launched following a report of red flares in the Tees Bay area. After a search of the area nothing was found. Flares considered to have been fired from onshore at Hartlepool.

Teesmouth Lifeboat was afloat from the previous services and was asked to assist in the search for a person in the water at Redcar.

Teesmouth Lifeboat was afloat from the previous service and stood-by F.V. 'Pike' which had broken down, until another vessel took in tow to Paddy's Hole.

Teesmouth Lifeboat launched to assist a kite boarder who was unable to get to shore. The person and his kite were recovered and landed at the lifeboat house.

October 23rd 14:25hrs
Teesmouth Lifeboat launched, with a doctor onboard, to F.V. 'Gemma Fidelis' after a crewman had fallen over the side. The crewman was recovered by the fishing vessel but was pronounced dead on scene by the doctor.

Teesmouth launched to a medivac from the 'Schchem Asia', a tanker at anchor in Tees Bay. The casualty was landed at the Harbour Master's landing into a waiting ambulance.

August 27th 22:39hrs
Teesmouth Lifeboat launched to assist M.V. 'Merlin' after a report from Tees Port Control that a vessel had gone aground on the North bank of the River Tees. The casualty was towed off the river bank and escorted to the Tees Barrage.
