"Ethel Day Cardwell" a 40-foot self-righting motor Lifeboat with 10 foot 6 inches beam fitted with a 40 horsepower petrol engine giving a top speed of 7.5 knots.

"J. W. Archer" a 45-foot Watson (cabin) class non self righting Lifeboat with 12 foot 6 inches beam and fitted with a 80 horsepower petrol engine giving a top speed 8.2 knots.
